Ribena Marble Cheesecake




This is my first cheesecake after reading HBB's blog.  My kids love the firm texture and Ribena flavour.  Though I don't really enjoy cheesecake, I must say the Ribena flavour enhance the not-too cheesy taste.  I used the disposable foil as the pan and hence the resulting crack lines round the cake.  But I love these lines and the imperfection make a perfect cake for me!
